10:30 am - Duck & Goose Storytime with Dell. Special story time balloon characters & a touch of magic!

ALL DAY – Coloring Contest – for 10 and under for Independent Bookstore Day coloring sheet. Winning entry gets a $25 Bluebird Gift Card!

11 am to 2 pm – Bluebird Café Lunch Menu Reveal – Try our Soup/Salad Sampler. $9. Kids PB&J with fruit, chips or crackers and drink. $6.

ALL DAY – Bluebird Café Acronym Contest – What does INPFIR mean? Open to all ages. Winning entry receives $50 Bluebird Gift Card!

1 to 3 pm – Local Author Panel – Get inspired by stories from our panel of local authors. They will discuss the writing process and road to publication. Authors include:

  • Sondra Wood, author of “The Remainder Man”
  • Barbara Rhoades, author of “Breaking All the Rules”
  • Judi Kirk, author of “Remnants”
  • Andy Addis, author of “Blotch”

ALL DAY - Literary Scavenger Hunt, all ages. Completed entries entered to win $25 Bluebird Gift Card!

3 pm“Hands & Feet” CD Release Celebration – Local musician Melissa Newcome will share music from her CD, which will be available for purchase and for signing.
